SHIPPING METHODS

The standard shipping method we use arrives in 5-8 days via USPS, UPS, or FedEx; however, if you’d like to receive your order faster, you can select other shipping options at the time of purchase. Unfortunately, we’re not able to ship to P.O. boxes, so please use your physical address. Note: Shipping rates are weight-based. To reflect carrier policies, all weights are rounded up to the nearest pound.

SHIPPING TIMES

In stock orders currently ship within 1-2 business days. If you place your order in the evening, on a weekend, or holiday, we’ll typically send it out the next 1-2 business days.
Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method selected at the time of purchase. Ground Shipping time depends on the order’s destination. Visit the UPS website for ground delivery times from our zip code (76011).
Note: This is an estimate only and not a guaranteed delivery time. If you’d like a guaranteed delivery time of one or two days (after we ship), select “Next Day Air” or “Second Day Air” as your shipping method. Second Day Air & Next Day Air Please note that these options don’t mean you’ll receive your order in two days. It will be one or two days after the order ships. Two-Day Express and Standard Overnight orders must be placed before 11 a.m. (CST) Monday through Thursday in order for your package to ship the same day-exceptions are weekends and holidays. If your expedited order is placed after 11 a.m. Monday through Thursday, it will be sent out the following business day.

We ship to the Continental USA and Canada. 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Trupedic US is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is noted as delivered but you haven’t received it, you’re responsible for contacting the shipping carrier with the tracking number to obtain more information or file a claim. Once the shipping carrier has confirmed the package was not delivered to your shipping address, we’ll then replace your item(s) or issue a refund.

OTHER INFORMATION

If for any reason it is too comfortable (and you can't escape napping or lounging) we're here to help. We gladly accept returns of unused merchandise within 30 days of order receipt.

To provide the best possible customer experience we offer domestic exchanges & returns for a small restocking fee. Exclusions apply to international orders & Last Call items.

REFUND POLICY

 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as cleaning products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
